You never did say he was invulnerable to anything in the thread about him.
First idea is shooting him up. You don't say what kind of endurance he has, but high velocity projectiles do wonders. Looks like a close quarter fighter, so ranged attacks should at least soften him up if not eliminate him.
Next, I thought about decapitation. You can never go wrong with decapitation, even if it doesn't outright kill him, he will be incapacitated.
Another one to consider is radiation. Radiation kills all organic matter, so he shouldn't be a match for this deadly toxin.
And last one I had in mind was to rip him apart. I doubt he is immune to being immobilized from physical damage, so while he's down, it would be a good opportunity to do some extreme and unavoidable damage. Severing all limbs would be one way to go, but if you want to be sure, he can be torn into smaller pieces which can be scattered, contained, or destroyed.
Developing your character further?

He isn't the dumbest soul in the universe and he's silent. He rarely appears during day, and honestly no one really sees him. Now, they see some look alike but that's not him.
Also good luck lugging uranium around and not being able to find him so there. He ain't dense like an inbred collie (ahaha history sucks), and his informants are everywhere. In Houston at least.
Decapitation is death. What do you mean "incapacitated"? He's an albino human with a virus running through his blood. He's no fantasy vampire, just a jacked up mutant. Walter isn't alone so either you get your own gang, or get tired fighting one after another before he steps in.
Didn't you just say he's a close quarter fighter? "Ripping him apart" would take some massive effort if you consider he hunts anthropomorphs, officers, humans, and pretty much anything that runs for a living. Living literally. His body requires raw flesh or blood now, so he's usually on the move for some lowlife or annoying somebody to take down.
Nah, old information my buddy chum pal.

It's not impossible to track down a person who is flying under the radar, it's just difficult. Given the kind of technology in Cyden, it wouldn't be surprising to see portable radioactive weaponry like mini nukes and even particle weapons. That's why I chose decapitation for on. Besides, even if there is no immediate death, removing the head from the body would make him incapable of anything, even if he were for some reason immortal. Might as well add that he has backup on his page, although there was never anything said about these processes being done alone. You say that like he would be ripped apart at full strength. As stated, even if he were for some reason immortal, he could be made absolutely useless by ripping him apart. Also it's just a way to make sure that the target is ABSOLUTELY dead, if not just for fun. You asked "can you" kill this guy, those are my answers, yes.

Why do you keep bringing up "immortal" ? That's not possible for Cyden. Fantasy-wise, sure, but none of them (my characters) are immortal here.
I was really more aiming for "can your character do it" . Your answers don't really satisfy. Feels more so like an argument.

Why didn't you say so in the first place, of course he can! Will he though? No, since he's got better things to do than drill anime rejects. You asked questions, I answered. There is no argument there, unless you want to make it one, which I'm okay with since I like arguing and debating.

Nice insult for me. Thanks for the minor insult even though its my natural art style that's a year old even though it also wasn't inspired by anime either.

That wasn't meant to be an insult, just a satisfying answer. Didn't mean to offend, but I thought people who go by the title of "Shitlord" were supposed to be fun
