Shock on the Wire

Shock on the Wire originally started its life out as a baseball stadium in Downtown SD long before the Big One damaged it. Years after that, when the people were rebuilding, they found the old ruined baseball stadium, fell in love with it, and refurbished it over several years. The stadium had gone through many phases, from a shelter to a market, before finally settling on a club, and it became the most influential one in the nation.
Run by a mysterious figure who rarely appears publicly, the club has attracted many people from all over to come and enjoy what it has to offer. In addition to it's dance floor, the club is a pretty big venue for performances by musical artists. Anyone can get into this club even without a membership, though members tend to get more out of their experience. Sometimes local heroes and individuals who have made major accomplishments or earned the favor of the club or its higher level members may get sponsored, granting them a high level membership.. Higher level members get even more privileges, such as access to the black market and being able to indulge in their own vices without disturbance.
At the front of the stadium are the main gates, from where visitors can get into the lobby and make their way to the field. The main dance floor of the club is set on the actual baseball field, extending from the diamond into part of the outfield. Far in the outfield is a stage all set up for performers on live entertainment nights. Under the bleachers where concession stands used to be is where the black market can be found, which has all sorts of goods ranging from exotic fruits to hardlight blades, although this area is off limits to those who don't have the proper membership level. In addition to skyboxes, there are some suites scattered around the stadium, these serve as private rooms for higher level members. And there are three towers around the stadium, two of them each has their own private rooms for the lower three floors, while the upper floor is used for lighting and the roof for security; the third tower is the master control tower, and also said to house the suite of the club owner.

The Black Market
-------------------------
Behind the bleachers lies the hidden black market. It is here where all sorts of exotic and rare goods from outside of Socal can be obtained. With Socal overall being a mid tech level world, this is a great place to obtain higher tier tech such as hardlight swords, power armor, coilguns, and so on. As well as tech and weapons, the market also has vendors who sell armored and weaponized vehicles, special clothing from all over the world, and even the simpler stuff like foreign foods and trinkets. Sometimes the black market vendors may be seeking people to employ in helping them transport or obtain goods, so one could easily find work here if it's available, and the vendors have a reputation for paying very well. The only catch to this area is getting in, as it's exclusive to only those who have the appropriate membership, so all those who fail to meet this requirement will be immediately turned away.

Membership
-------------------------
Although one can get into Shock on the Wire without being a member, they won't get as much out of their time there as members would. Generally speaking, the higher the level of the member, the more they can do. Access to certain areas is a significant privilege, and it plays a big role in memberships.
Membership Levels
----------------
Non Member: Must pay the full admission fee, gets only access to the dance floor.
Level 1: Only needs to pay a small charge when there is a concert or event. Can now do tabs at the bars.
Level 2:

(This is currently a WIP, just got to write it all down......)
