I believe we covered this in the Discord. And I actually don't recall when you posted about this on there vs posting this on here. But there are a few things I need to talk about with this design.
Why are these so powerful? Legitimately. They are limitless in power? Or at least appear to be? No justification for that, then? Maybe it feeds off of the person's energy. Or hell, make it based on their blood sugar. Take a page from Ring Runner. One of their lungs are replaced with an Aether filter, maybe! We have literally limitless energy in the air! No need to claim something is more powerful or efficient than that! Hell, I have an entire collection of hardlight based weapons. One of which takes most of its battery to THROW its blade. I think it would be GREAT to have more shots with that thing. Now give me a reason not to do so.
Secondly, and honestly more bothersome to me, is the "ignoring" of this tech. You spread this technology to the literal slums of the world and no one took notice. People WILL notice. Saying that no one will or cares is literally the same as saying the people on this forum won't notice. You need to put a balance into it, some downfall or failure to the tech to prevent the other forum users from using overpowered tech. Other than it not being fun but that is a different issue entirely. Its all too easy to just write a short story about how a character accidentally discovered someone with more power than humanly possible and take them back. Especially in a slum. Bam, suddenly this whole other place has the tech too. Claiming its mostly dumb luck kinda insults people that may want to use this tech.
Lastly, what does this tech even do? I see it uses NanoPower which appears to be limitless power for free, but no actual uses of it? I suppose it can repair armor. But other than that there is point. Just a free power source harvested from synthetic peoples. I can accept that they don't know where they got it from. Sure, that is acceptable. Who knows the deeds done by dark forces in the middle of the night, especially in a crime riddled place like this. But is this literally just a power source? Then we already have Aether. Any reason to have this too?

This entry is something I pulled out of my ass in less than five minutes because I felt the chat was ridiculing my design choices for TWC, and now thinking more on it, I need to think of a better explanation, so I think I should delete this entry.
