Name: Maximor Bloodpanda Aliases: Maxi, Red Raccoon, Blood Red Race: Cyborg Sex: Male Age: Unknown (Appears to be in mid twenties) Height: 5ft 6in (Excluding ears) Weight: 163lbs Alignment: Chaotic Neutral Personality: Solitary, defiant, honest, brutal and with a twisted sense of humor. He's quick witted and capable of coming up with reliable solutions to get himself out of sticky situations. On the occasion Max has been known to get along with people and even fewer times grow close to them. He keeps much of his life and true colors private. Clothes Style: Light tactical, street, fashionable tech wear Location: Unknown Occupation: Currently unknown. Former Socal Minute Man, enforcer for two gangs in the City of Lights, and agent for Jezebel Inle. Traits/Abilities: Very fast reflexes, high endurance, excellent coordination, intelligent, very experienced in combat. Augmentations: Reinforced skeleton and muscles, HUD with visor overlay, combat drug glands for sped up reflexes and dulling pain, accelerated healing from nanobots and the cryogenic experiment he took part in long ago, recovery coma for poisoning and extreme physical trauma. Prominent Skills: Technology (hardware and software), hacking, explosives, ranged combat (small arms, best with close range weapons like handguns, shotguns and SMGs), close combat (clubes, swords, knives, unarmed and hi tech weaponry like hardlight), driving (cars, bikes, tanks), stealth, investigating and survival. Typical Gear: .44 magnum 7 shot top break revolver, 14 shot 10mm pistol, CCSS Aether converted hardlight sword, military grade phone, armored leather jacket with tech upgrades, SAP gloves, thigh pack or tool belt attachments with gadgets and tech. Allies: Rio Alcazar and her family Background: Much has happened in the years following his awakening from cryosleep centuries after participating in an experiment and being greeted by a new world. Max adapted quickly in order to survive; he joined up with the Socal militia and participated in the skirmishes against the Golden State quickly becoming a well recognized member of the militia. Sometime after this he joined up with an older skirmisher who mentored him for a time, teaching or reinforcing much of the skills he has today and seeing much of the west coast traveling together, taking up work in Socal, the City of Lights and even away from the continent for a cabbit businesswoman. One day the panda and veteran grew apart, going their own separate ways with Max returning to Socal to hide away in his base. With nothing he wanted to do he remained there isolated on his mountain before gaining some initiative after passing some of his knowledge down to a local and a friend. He was gaining momentum again working for the Socal Militia, but it all fell apart one day when he clipped a fellow militia member on a particularly bad day in response to their behavior. The panda was kicked out of the militia and recognized as an enemy, forcing him to leave Socal and set back out into the world once more....

Interesting character choice to have him be in a cryogenic stasis. Certainly would be someone that could have a lot of knowledge of before times. Made even better by the fact that he is very silent and reserved so no real information is gathered from them.
You look like you are building this into a story. Can't wait to see what you do with him!

Thanks Zaezar.
I've always liked the idea of cryo-stasis, coming from a bygone era and waking up to a whole new world. Anyone do anything on cryogenic tech yet? I want to add on to it.
I chose a character with little information not just as an excuse to avoid writing too much, but also because it's a like meeting someone new in real life, you don't know about them beforehand, but you get to know them over time.
I've had this character idea for quite a while, but never really wrote it down. I have a bunch of ideas, and I'm glad to have found a place where I can share them.
Going to expand on him later on.

I would be careful with that logic of keeping some things quiet for effect. Here its pretty reasonably well done, but it can pretty easily lead to not knowing enough about him to never include in our own stories! Like I said though, its good here. But be careful about it in the future No one has done Cryo-anything as far as I am aware. So you are going into new territory here. Maybe setup a group responsible for it in Socal that is now defunct or something like that? Make him a part of the group and have him trained through them. I dunno, lots of things could have happened. But I will say that you are free to do what you want there so long as its reasonable and fits the theme of Cyden

Max Update: After failing a mission where he and a group escorted a biomorph only for it to turn into a monster and kill the client, Max is now curious about biomorphs and what the deal with them is, seeking information on what they are capable of and why they are so scary to just about everyone who knows about them. He is also still pissed off about the aftermath of the mission, so he kills any State agents he comes across. The Mission details are archived here: projectcyden.boards.net/thread/126/max-mission?page=1&scrollTo=432

Somewhere, the panda finds the time to relax a bit.
